Bahan bahannya
1 cawan pati santan
5 biji telur
8 helai daun pandan(blend dengan sedikit air untuk dapatkkan jusnya)
2 cawan gula pasir
2 3/4 cawan tepung gandum(ayak)
1 camca teh baking powder
sedikit garam
1 1/2 sudu teh quick 75
Cara caranya :
Pukul gula dan telur sampai kembang
Masukkan quick 75.garam dan tepung
Selang seli dengan santan, jus pandan.
Kacau rata
Masukkan dalam loyang dan bakar dengan api yang sedehana
Tempoh masak 15-30 minit
(sapu loyang dgn minyak masak dan tabur sedikit tepung pada loyang)

Pandan cake recipe
Ingredients
1 cup of coconut milk
Pandan juice (made by 8 pandan leafs or you can use Pandan extract)
You can find it easily in Chinatown.
2 cups of caster sugar
2 3/4 cups of self-raising flour
1 teaspoon of baking powder (if you dont have self-raising flour)
A pinch of salt
1 1/2 teaspoon of quick 75 (food emulsifier - if you don't have it, it's okay, it will less spongy and fluffy but still yummy)
Instruction
Beat the eggs and sugar until they become fluffy
Then, add quick 75, salt and flour
Add the coconut milk with the pandan juice/extract
Mix well.
Do not forget to grease the baking tray beforehand!
Pre-heat the oven to 170 degree celcius
Put the baking tray into already heated oven
Check after 15-30 minutes, using toothpick
It will be cooked when cake does not stick to the toothpick.
If it doesn't cooked yet, check every 5-10min.
